We’re proud to have shipped over 50,000 orders to our customers via our various outlets (this website, eBay and Amazon). We always do our best to ensure each and every one of our customers are happy. All orders placed before 12noon UK time are shipped same working day. If there is any aspect of our service or the product/s you’ve purchased that you’re unhappy with, please get in touch and give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.


Prices on this website will always be cheaper than our eBay or Amazon outlets - if we’re not paying eBay/Amazon fees on our sales, then we’re more than happy to pass those savings on to you.

We endeavor to ensure our stock control is always up to date and accurate. In the unlikely event of a sale being made for an item which is out of stock, you will be offered an alternative product, given the option to wait until new stock is available or be offered a full refund. Once a refund has been actioned by us, the funds will immediately return to your payment provider. Your provider will then typically take 2-10 days to apply the refund to your account (we have no control over any delay caused by your card provider).


All UK orders are shipped using a service with tracking and/or delivery confirmation.

Your payment details are not stored on this website or on any Bike Bag Warehouse systems. Any payment details stored by our payment providers is done so in accordance with appropriate industry standards.
